GDM POLICIES


Return Policy

1.  Grand Design Mat reserves the right to refuse any package returned to us without prior authorization.

2.  Customers are responsible for checking all merchandise for damage or defect when the order is received and prior to installation. Grand Design Mat will not accept a return of an item that is damaged or defective due to improper installation or usage.

3.  If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt. If the issue is not reported to GDM within this time frame, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

4.  Products (including packaging) must be returned in new, resalable condition.  If the item does not meet this requirement, Grand Design Mat will refuse issuing a refund. The condition of the product will be determined at our discretion. Products returned with damaged or missing packaging will be refused or returned to you at your expense.

5.  If a replacement is required, Grand Design Mat will issue a FedEx return shipping label via email. The package may be picked up at your location or dropped off at a FedEx location.  After receiving the FedEx label, the original item must be returned within 10 days.

6.  Any other returns will be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

 7.  Grand Design Mat reserves the right to change or amend the return policy and procedures at any time without notification.

 8.  Custom design items (including painted items) are non-refundable. If the item is damaged or there is a workmanship problem, Grand Design Mat will replace the item with another of the same design and color.

  

  Orders Changes/Cancellations:

 

All requests to change or cancel an order should be made over the phone with Grand Design Mat. You have 48 hours to change your order. Requests sent via email may not be received prior to your order shipping. Please review your order and verify it is correct before clicking to submit the order. 

Any changes after 48 hours are subject to a 35% cancellation fee.
